Since 2022, we have successfully taken action against 11 businesses who have breached our guidelines. We increasingly take action against websites that sell fake reviews. As in previous years, the biggest number of reviews removed in 2024 were identified as fabricated by our automated detection systems.

As far as I can tell Trustpilot is trust worthy and on point with their services. The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and makes it simple to read real customer experiences before… I left two reviews on the site, did not want to make the second review about the same news site, but found my review gone.

Writing and submitting a review is quick, and the platform makes it simple to share genuine experiences. Great, easy to use and just about any website or company I look up has some genuine reviews to give me confidence in buying – or telling me to steer clear! I’ve heard about a bunch of reviews being taken down recently that were both from real people as well as fakes. TRemoving reviews without any contact or discussion does nothing to install trust in Trustpilot, especially when Trustpilo… Its good but you should put reviews on the companies home pages in date order NOT loading the 5 star reviews first as this gives a incorrect current position.
